The TypeHaus Electronic Forms Box
(eFormsBox) is an easy to install, printer independent, memory device
that attaches to the parallel or Ethernet port on the outside of
the printer. The eFormsBox is designed to store print printer based
electronic forms, fonts, images and barcodes in its non-volatile
flash memory for laser form printing. The eFormsBox is a cost effective
solution for storing form overlays.
The module is packaged in a very small enclosure that is provided
with either a parallel or Ethernet output and input port. In normal
operation the module’s output is connected to any PCL compatible
printer and the eFormsBox input is connected to the printer's data
source.
The eFormsBox parallel version sends the contents of eForms box
directly to the printer’s memory when printer is turned on.
Regular print jobs are not affected by the module because the device
is transparent to all host data streams.

The Ethernet eFormsBox is also packaged in a small enclosure that
has an Ethernet input and output port. The print resources can be
programmed to load to printer memory or only become available when
called for in the data stream. Updates to Ethernet eFormsBox can
be made without disconnecting it from the printer.
The eFormsBox is delivered ready to install with the resources already
loaded. TypeHaus offers professional services to digitize
existing paper forms and deliver them using the eFormsBox. Eliminate
the inconvenience of using preprinted forms by selected TypeHaus
as your source for document conversion. The eFormsBox can be used
with virtually any laser jet or multi-function (MFP) printers.
